Short Biography

Energy crisis and environmental degradation are two recent global issues that need to be addressed in the context of sustainable development. It is a well-established fact that humankind’s dependence on fossil fuels about 85% of the total energy consumption contributes not only to climate change and global warming, but also to a rapid exhaustion of natural energy sources. Almost all countries worldwide are interested in the search for new, clean and renewable energy supplies. The life blood of modern civilizations is dependent upon the abundance and economical supply of energy. Inevitably, we need to search for alternative and sustainable energy sources. Keeping these facts in mind my aim is to the development of renewable, lost-cost and sustainable energy sources using the solar radiation into a usable form of energy such as heat and electricity, through photovoltaic thermal (PVT) solar panels.
